Spectrometers are often used for measuring of the optical performance filters, films, and optical components. Our portable spectrometers are able to measure a percentage of absorbance, optical density, transmission, and reflectance of films, fibers, coatings or basically any other optical element.
Optical Metrology System include a mini spectrometer with integrated light source from 360, 380, 400 and 450. Our spectrometers are available for 340~880 nm wavelength range and have resolution better than 9 nm with high stability optical performance.
